We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of receiving the payment (excluding Sundays and Government holidays). Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability and other factors, but we will notify you of any delays.

2. Delivery Times

2.1 COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
For COD orders, delivery times range from 5 to 7 business days from the date the order is shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

2.2 Online Paid Orders
For online paid orders (via credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking), delivery will typically be completed within 3 to 5 business days. This excludes Sundays and Government holidays.

2.3 Delivery Areas
We deliver to most regions across India. However, there may be certain remote areas where delivery may take longer or may not be available. If you are located in a remote area, we will notify you at the earliest if there are any delays or shipping limitations.

3. Shipping Charges

As mentioned above, we provide free shipping on all orders within India, with no minimum purchase required.

3.2 Shipping Fees for Returns
In case of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery via the courier’s website.

4.2 Delivery Notifications

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

6. Order Refusals and Missed Deliveries

6.1 Refused Deliveries
If an order is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges, as well as any other applicable costs.

6.2 Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier will typically attempt re-delivery. In cases of multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. You may be charged additional shipping fees in such instances.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

7.1 Product Damages
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at curewellcare@gmail.com and provide an unboxing video and images of the damaged product. We will arrange for an exchange or return as per our Return and Refund Policy.

7.2 Incorrect Items
If the wrong item is delivered, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assist you in returning the incorrect item and sending the correct one.
